What is Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD )?
PCD is short for polycrystalline diamond, a kind of synthetic diamonds. Polycrystalline diamond manufacturers select high quality diamond powders with best shapes and purity then process the powders under high temperature and high press. In this case, polycrystalline diamond hardness can reach to 8000HV, which is about 8-12 times as that of tungsten carbide.
