We have rich experience in super hard tools industry. Besides qualified raw materials, we also have a strict control of the whole production processes.

Production time is decided by order quantity, usually 2-3 weeks; If goods are delivered by air, usually 1 week or so is enough.

For new customers, we suggest paying in advance or 30% prepayment, 70% before delivery.

According to your wires, you can choose the PCD blanks from supported or unsupported, grain sizes 3/5/10/15/50 micron, with or without binder .We’ll also suggest for it.

If customers have no special requirement, we usually use the first class PCD blanks made in China.

Sure. There are several degree of semi-finished dies. We are able to provide them according to your detailed requirements.

Yes,we can make detailed drawing according to your requirements for your confirmation.

They usually be delivered by air, say FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. If order quantity is large, delivery by sea are also ok.

As for freight, we can discussed before placing orders. Which part bear the charge will make differences on product price.

If you need, please inform when place orders and we’ll provide testing report accordingly.

Sure, if your Customs need any support, we’ll provide to finish import clearance.

After checking, if the products are really defective, we’ll sure replace for them.

If the defects are our duty, the replacement will be free of charge.

Generally speaking, we did not set an exact MOQ. Majority customers would buy firstly several pieces for testing according to their circumstance. We totally understand it.

Yes, considering our first cooperation, samples are available but they will be charged according to company policy for samples.

The goods can be delivered by our account and you need to bear the freight.

Generally speaking, we pack the tools by carton. If you have some special packaging requirements, please inform in advance.
