What Is TSP
TSP is a kind of thermally stable synthetic diamonds made under ultra high temperature and pressure. With high temperature resistance up to 1200 °C and abrasive ratio 30000~100000, TSP perform well in drilling bits and other abrasive tools.

High temperature resistance is the most outstanding advantages of TSP. Which allow it can work in very high temperature geological environments up to 1200 °C. Under this temperature, TSP can still keep its properties to protect your drilling bits.

The abrasive ratio of HG TSP can reach to 30,000 ~ 100,000, suitable for oil, gas drilling and geological exploration. TSP can meet the drilling requirements under complex geological conditions to extent the service time of drilling bits and reduce drilling cost.
Stock Availability
For some TSP widely used by majority of customers, we can prepare some stocks for customers’ urgent need. After cooperating, your usually used sizes can also be prepared in advance to shorten the delivery time and your production time.
TSP is usually used to protect the drilling bits diameters in drilling. You can use it according to design of your drilling bits.
There are regular used round, oval ,triangle etc. Customized sizes and shapes can also be made according to your drawings.
If you need, the testing report can be provided.
If the sizes and shapes you need are available in stock, samples are available.
For regular sizes available in stock, it will within 3 days. If the sizes or shapes need to be produce, it will usually take about 3 weeks.
The TSP is usually delivered by air within 1 week from our factory to abroad.
